1. JOB DETAILS
Job Title: Call Centre Executive
Reports to: Direct (Line): Call Center Officer
Department: Sales and Marketing
2. JOB OBJECTIVE
To Co-ordinate and manage the customers calls and emails to ensure efficient customer communication to all business segments; analyze customer requests, inquiries and complaints relating to all WOQOD and subsidiaries service as per customer Services standards and guidelines to achieve high customer satisfaction.

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Call Centre Services
• Receiving calls from customers requesting information, logging complaints, reporting problems, following up on applications they have made etc. and ensure that each call is handled effectively, with due care and attention.
Feedback and Advice
• Handle various customers’ requests according to the procedure and develop better understanding of customers’ changing needs and frequent requests and advice the management on updating the processes/ systems accordingly to ensure continuous and enhance customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘internal practices and policies, to improve the business processes, reduce the cost and increase productivity.
Policies, Systems, Processes  & Procedures
• Adhere to Implement departmental policies, systems and procedure so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Customer Requests Management
• Prepare timely and accurate departmental customer requests, complaints and suggestions to be shared with the concerned departments whenever required
Related Assignments
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
4. COMMUNICATIONS& WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

• Customers
• Suppliers and vendors when required
5. BOUNDARIES & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY
• Key decisions having significant impact on the Call Centre department are referred to the Call Center Officer for approval before implementation
• The jobholder exercises operational authority as per the level established by the WOQOD board and stipulated in the authority matrix.
6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Minimum Qualifications:
• Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum Experience:
• 2-3 years’ experience in any related field preferably in a similar industry.
Job Specific Skills:
• People management skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of call center software.
• Planning and organization skills.
• Data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

1. JOB DETAILS
2. JOB OBJECTIVE
To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Distribution office, provide Support to Head and employees through a variety of tasks related to company and communication with all Sections

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Assisting with all aspects of administrative management of Distribution Office
Day to Day Activities
• Performing  general office support
• Coordinating between Section &  departments and operating for  day-to-day activates
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
• Managing documents and files
• Sending and receiving documents for the company
• Communicate with Distribution customers and company customer service as required
• Distribute office stationery & rationing requirement  to all LDO department and section
• Preparing Gate pass for Depot & MIC & RLC
• Collate and/or summarize distribution data from readily available sources and produce routine reports to support and optimize the distribution activities.
• Check and verify information and obtain information for incomplete/incorrect documents in order to ensure the highest standards of distribution administrative activities.
• File and maintain existing registers, archives, filing system, data sheets etc. with incoming and outgoing correspondence of Distribution office.

• Follow departmental policies, systems and procedure so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.

Statement and Reports
• Provide inputs in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to business coordination unit to meet Woqod’s and department requirements, policies and standards.
