Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee IT projects to improve organizational resilience
- Coordinate in Business Impact Analysis & Assessments as well as in Technology Resilience projects
- Contribute in design and development of pragmatic BCP structures
- Support business units in drafting BCPs and then exercising them
- Report gaps and issues in recovery processes, and oversee the maintenance schedule
- Develop training material and carry out training sessions
- Manage the Crisis Management Centre technology and equipment as well as BCM software
- Building best of breed Business Continuity Management Program
- Development and improvement of BCM Policy and Procedures
- Simplification of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) structures
- Supporting entities, including pilot entities, develop customized BCPs
- Designing and delivering exercise sessions
- Maintaining and enhancing the corporate BCM software
- Enhancing BCM preparedness of the supply chain
- Reflecting BCM requirements in the IT Disaster Recovery and Service Continuity Plan
- Preparing short- and long-term roadmaps
- Reporting updates to the Audit Committee
Requirements:
- Experience in banking industry preferred
- Open for all nationals
- Min. 6-8 Years’ experience in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, Organizational Resilience, Disaster recovery, Crisis Management.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and managing a SharePoint Server or a Farm.
- Configuring all service applications like Search, Metadata, and User Profile Synchronization, etc.
- Creation of a Content DB and maintaining it.
- Assignment of proper permission levels for all users of the site as well as configuring anonymous access if required.
- Configuring timer jobs depending on business requirements.
