Responsibility-
Support and implement computer networks, including LANs, WANs, and other data communication systems.
Install and configure network hardware and software components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Managing Incident & Service Request Level 1, providing First and second level of support.
Managing Computer hardware platforms, Helpdesk level 1 & 2 support, IT Assets (CMDB &CI) MGMT, Desktop administration task.
Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, including network congestion, connectivity issues, and security threats.
Manage network-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and expansions, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
Assets recording (New & updates) time reports for services desk items.
Regular site visit to all Client Sites.
Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
Regular reporting to line Manager and Performing other duties and responsibilities related to the job and as assigned by line Manager.
Skills
Fluent in Arabic and English.

Scope–
To manage the facilities and operations within the assigned portfolio of assets/buildings while implementing best supplier and customer relationship management, facilities management, energy management and contract management practices that improve overall operational efficiency of managed assets, maintain high customer satisfaction and help achieve Transguard’s business objectives.
Job Responsibility-
Responsible for developing the business growth of the account; Implicitly understand the commercial aspects of the contract and manage the service delivery within the boundaries of the contract.
Prepare a quarterly report with monthly operational data to support the review of the financial performance of the contracts in question; Investigate with the Senior Manager the reason why any expected gross profit on the contract is not met. Explore ‘management solutions’ to address the issue.
Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with the client to discussion deliverables and drive improvement in performance for all contracts.
Develop a good working relationship with the client and hold regular client meetings to ensure the smooth running of the contract.
Develop and monitor SLA’s and ensure that they are aligned to service delivery, client expectations and supplier expectations/service partners in order to achieve quality service delivery, effective supplier relationship management and profitability.
Monitor project’s service delivery performance and ensure the SLA/KPI’s are met.
Monitor and control execution of maintenance contracts, review the preventive and corrective maintenance programs and supervise the implementation of employees through reviewing reports. Spot checking as appropriate to ensure the provision of quality maintenance works to the facilities.
Identify and record continuous improvement initiatives – process improvement or cost improvement.
Drive energy management projects on the contract by identifying opportunities for improvement and seeking guidance from the energy manager.
Undertake periodic site visits to view staff performance and discuss and resolve any issues raised by the client regarding the quality of service and implement corrective actions.
Explore further business opportunities with the client; Manage the team structure and develop it as required to ensure the operations run smoothly and within budget; Manage operations team members.
Plan ahead and agree with the client for any new staff requirements to meet any future peaks and troughs; Plan mobilization of staff according to agreed timescales with the client; Arrange site specific induction and training of new staff.
Monitor resource utilization to ensure that the right number and talent are available for delivering service as agreed contractually.
Work with demand planning team to ensure manpower planning is done efficiently and resources are available at all times.
Ensure profitability of the contracts are met as per the budget/targets, and drive improvement in financial performance.
Plan, budget and forecast revenue in line with business’ targets.
Add value to the clients business by either presenting with initiatives that drive down costs, or complementing their objectives by proposing initiatives in line with their business goals.

· Maintain regular attendance
· Monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) approved by Facilities Management, by reviewing reports, schedules, spare parts required to avoid major breakdown in equipment’s, buildings and to provide efficient service to client .
· Diagnose the problem providing technical reports to the Facilities Manager and advise rectification. Ensure that implementation is as per the technical standards and manufacturer’s recommendation and build up history for the electrical plants to avoid any recurring problem with the mechanical and electrical plants.
· Provide quality control support in terms of operation process, resolution time, and reduction in the number of business partner complaints.
· Generate equipment performance reports from Building Management System. • Handover / Snags – Attend handover meetings and record snags to verify if the completion is as per specification and provide reports to management. Follow up with the respective development team for proper completion.
· Monitor the daily operation of all external and internal.
· Monitor planned PPM is carried out as per schedule and manufacturer’s recommendation.

The successful candidate will be part of an exciting team, responsible for keeping track of goods in and out, storing them in the most efficient and appropriate way and carrying out other duties as outlined.
In this role, your responsibilities include the following;
Loading and unloading goods from delivery vans or lorries
Checking if the type of goods has been received in correct quantity
Recording any damaged, missing, or faulty goods
Moving the goods to the correct area in the warehouse, either manually or using mechanical handling equipment
Labelling goods
Allocating storage space to goods
Relocating and re-stacking goods to make space for a new delivery
Keeping records (often computerized) of goods, their location and quantity
Picking goods that has been ordered
Preparing dispatch notes and labels
Moving and stacking goods ready for delivery, either by hand or using machinery
Ensuring compliance with security procedures and health & safety
