The Tourist Hotel is a Boutique 3-star Hotel which was opened in January 2015, in the heart of the business district of Doha, within the triangle formed by the famous traditional Souq Waqif, the Museum of Islamic Art, and the beautiful Corniche of Doha, Each of our 91 rooms and suites with their simple, fresh and warm style, meet current city design and comfort standards.
We are seeking a Receptionist with previous experience in a luxury hotel setting.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Check-in Guests
Greet incoming guests and welcome them to the hotel. Confirm reservations, explain hotel amenities, give directions to rooms, and produce room keys.
- Handle Guest Inquiries and Complaints
Contact necessary personnel, such as managers or housekeeping, to handle specific requests or complaints.
- Answer Phones
Take all incoming calls at a hotel. Handle phone reservations, confirm previously-made reservations, give directions to the hotel and answer any questions customers have about the lodgings.
- Process Payments
When a guest’s stay is over, handle check-outs. Issue payments such as additional room charges and process debit or credit cards to pay for room fees.
