Account Management and Sales in the field of ICT:

The responsibilities of an account manager to manage a variety of accounts depending on the requirement of the company, maintain and establish new business relationships within the accounts. Each customer account can vary in demands and an account manager may work with Technology managers for one project and a media department for another project…etc. Account managers to report directly to the Business Development Manager. responsibilities which are as follows:

  1. Leverages market research materials, customer and employee insights and other sources, to identify industry trends, needs and opportunities. Selects from and uses marketing tools appropriate to the allocated assignment.

2.Position – EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

The Role would contain below tasks but not limited to,

  • Strong Secretarial background and good exposure so as to implement all new practices.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Executive Management by encoding correspondences, reports & documents, handling or screening of incoming calls and random visitors, setting meeting with various department, etc.
  • Make follow-ups to different departments, company, person any pending documents as requested by the Management including the status thereof.

Looking for Advanced Metering Infrastructure – Head End System / Meter Data Management Engineer / Specialist based in UAE with experience in utility industry will be part CoE team under company’s Mobility & IOT division 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing technical solutions, study new requirements, specifications associated with the AMI HES, AMI network, Data base, web services, and other applicable environments within Smart Metering.
  • Leading technical implementations in the AMI HES/MDM and AMI network in Smart Metering including but not limited to Smart Electricity / Water and Gas Meters, Communication Gateways & Data Concentrators to meet customer requirements 
  • Helping coordinate technical system upgrades and technical issue resolution with vendors, end users, and process owners
  • Providing technical assistance with managing operations of many aspects of the AMI network system operations and compliance from architectural planning to daily operations and support 
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation; observing change management principles; performing system performance trend analysis; managing and integrating different technical components, training and compliance materials
  • Integration with Oracle / SAP knowledge  

Education:

  • Engineering Graduate with min. 5 years in total and min. 3 years relevant experience in AMI

Skills: 

  • Network functionality and tools including SSH, traceroute, ping, understanding of DHCP, VPN technologies, firewall concepts and architecture. 
  • Networking and topology / understanding of high-level network and security concepts, radio networks, firmware updates
  • Various meter protocols like DLMS, Mbus, Euridis etc 
  • Bash/Perl/Python scripting and/or java on Linux
