Preparation of project drawings and details in AutoCAD as per project requirements in coordination with Project Manager/Designer.
Preparation of as existing store layout drawings and periodic updating for record maintenance. To visit stores periodically in order to check planogram compliance and report non compliance.
To assist project manager in calculation of quantities for tendering from AutoCAD draqwings.
Preparation of local purchase orders.
Maintenance of Project records and responsible for adherence of project standard operating process.
Preparation of cost comparatives for project related orders in coordination with Line Manager .
Assisting Line Manager in preparation of SOP adherence documentation.
Coordinating, communicating and liaison with vendors for all project related supplies.
Recording project costs and checking against project budget. Assisting line manager in project financial closures.
Carry out project site visits and Coordination with other internal departments (Operations, Finance, Merchandizing, Marketing etc.) in project interfaces in coordination with Line Manager.

Senior Merchandising Officer is responsible to lead, strategize, monitor and report on Category performance ( sales, margin, stock holding, Market Share etc ) and flow objectives under the guidance of Category Head.
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, making category level strategy and achieving Sales and Margin targets assigned to a particular category
• Work closely with stores to ensure a healthily store level sales and Profit and maintaining healthy inventory at each store
• Monitor and make recommendations for customer product needs, preferences based on internal survey data and GFK data, and change Product range/ buying patterns within the category
• Making weekly/ Monthly category level promotional plans
• Oversee the management of organizational training needs for training provided by suppliers for new products
• Competition analysis – review and analyze competition offers compared to SDG offers. Suggest improvements based on the analysis
• GMROF(Gross margin return on Footage) and GMROI(Gross Margin Return on Inventory) – Achieving yearly targets and benchmarks as well as Defining strategies to improve the GMROF and GMROI
Job Requirement
• Experience (Yrs & Field)- 5 years + in Category Management in Retail Industry preferably in the Electronics industry
• Professional Certifications – MBA in Sales and Marketing is desirable
• Strong Planning and Organizing Skills, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills, Communication Skills, Negotiation & Presentation
