Pall ARABIA JV was crafted to tap into the 131m USD Saudi market potential for filtration, mainly driven by Saudi ARAMCO and SABIC. The JV has the largest service presence for Pall globally located in Saudi ARABIA, a very good IKTVA score and is in the process of inaugurating a manufacturing line in 2022.
The role is sought at accelerating our customer relations with Sr. executives in Saudi ARAMCO and SABIC, build a better understanding of the customer buying journey and processes, improve Pall brand image and acceptance and influence Pall positioning on major projects.
Responsibilities:
The role will have several key responsibilities:
1- Establish/be responsible for the growth strategy to achieve revenue, orders and pricing goals set up in the regional 3-year business plan and 2022 AOP.
2- Be the owner and main representative of the brand, local strategy and be the Pall brand ambassador at Saudi ARAMCO and SABIC.
3- To establish strong customer high-level relationships and improve Pall’s visibility and reputation with our key accounts.
4- Involvement with Pall JV partner in Saudi Arabia and lead all aspects of relations with distributors, suggest improvements to our go-to-market route.
5- Work alongside other functions to improve D&I, Engagement and team collaboration across the country.
6- Be the DBS champion and a role model for others in the commercial functions to drive continuous improvement.
7- This role will be measured on growth and business development with key accounts in Saudi and will work closely with the Sales Team Leader and their team.
Organization / Location:
1- The right candidate will report to the MD of the Middle East region and be part of the region L1 leadership team.
2- The successful candidate will be an individual contributor will own the abilities to lead the strategy as a whole and Saudi Aramco and SABIC in particular.
Crucial Qualifications/Education:
1- You must be a Saudi national with a degree in process, chemical or mechanical engineering from a major known university.
2- You must have a confirmed history with established contacts and a track record within business development or sales.
3- At least 5 years of sales/business development experience and a strong network of contacts and customers.
4- Strong executive communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact with Senior members of staff.
5- Filtration/Separation knowledge is preferred.
6- Arabic language is required.

We are seeking a Field Compliance Coordinator, specializing in environment and health, to join our Downstream Operational Excellence and Compliance Division (DSOE&CD).
The DSOE&CD is responsible for providing overall HSE guidance, support and oversight to the entire Saudi Aramco Downstream Portfolio.
Your primary role will be to support and coordinate a variety of environmental and health measures and initiatives to ensure compliance with government, corporate, and local department requirements and expectations.
Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate, you will have a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, safety engineering, industrial hygiene or environmental science.
You will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in environmental/operational excellence, preferably within the oil and gas or petrochemical sector.
You must have demonstrated knowledge of delivering hands-on health, safety and environmental training, and must also have ability to assist with developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive environmental programs.
You should also have substantial experience delivering environmental management/sustainability services to oil and gas sector clients.
You must be skilled in the standards, concepts, practices, and procedures within the health, safety and environmental fields.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide downstream (DS) business line oversight by helping to drive compliance, enhance performance, foster stewardship, and shape policy in all aspects of environment and health (E/H).
Provide management guidance, support and SME advice to key stakeholders in the DS portfolio, including JVs, admin area and department level environmental professionals/practitioners to effectively manage Saudi Aramco E/H Policies & Procedures, Assessments (EPA, OHHA, CEHA), Environmental Management System, Master Plan, and KPIs.
Advise the DS portfolio on the development of E/H protection specific communications, objectives and performance metrics.
Analyze E/H performance measures and assist DS portfolio in identifying opportunities for improvement Facilitate high-level discussions with DS portfolio stakeholders on all E/H aspects.
Facilitate data collection and analysis, and report on applicable corporate E/H project initiatives/audits, and assist management with monitoring adherence to DS and corporate E/H program requirements.
Identify and recommend solutions to all technical E/H concerns, in alignment with Saudi Aramco and industry acceptable scientific/engineering practices and principles.
Develop and deliver programs to enhance E/H culture and awareness across the DS portfolio.
Lead or participate in the development and execution of E/H audits and assessments as required.
Support DS portfolio on E/H reporting, and development/follow-up on recommendations and/or action items.
Conduct specialized E/H training programs to communicate hazard control information.
Facilitate E/H portion of DS high-level quarterly HSE committee meetings.
Assist with the development and facilitation of information and promotional materials for DS and/or corporate E/H initiatives and campaigns.
Provide technical advice on E/H aspects, including site remediation, environmental baseline and impact assessment studies, environmental planning and permitting, and environmental and health compliance as needed.
