# Provide necessary support to ensure the implementation of development activities. This should be done with
full coordination with concerned departments.
# Participate in review and updating organization roles and responsibilities for all business units to ensure
effective organizational structure towards achieving Roads and Transport Authority goals as the organization structure evolves.

# Ensure that all job analysis, evaluation and re-evaluation are met at the agreed service levels.
