Experience & Education Requirements for Teachers
Bachelor’s degree plus QTS and PGCE
For specialist teachers, the bachelor’s degree must be in a directly related field (e.g. Physics teacher should have a science related bachelor’s degree)
For senior school positions teaching KS4 and above, IB and A level teaching experience is desirable
Ideally we require a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience

The aim of the post is to work alongside the Director of Sixth form and Sixth form team to manage efficiently student performance, achievement and wellbeing.
This is a term time only position, however you must be available during July for transcripts etc.
Hours are 7.15am – 4pm during Term time.
Main Tasks
- Communicate with parents regarding examinations, academic issues and concerns on behalf of the academic team
- Run the Senior School Sixth form calendar, ensuring that school events are shared and promoted with staff and parents
- Coordinate Sixth form academic events, parent workshops, staff inset and parents’ evenings
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues based on effective two way communication
- Ensure that agendas are shared in advance of Sixth form meetings with colleagues and to distribute minutes in a timely manner subsequent to them
- Update and promote the Sixth form through the school website and other social media platforms
- Collate Sixth form student information making it accessible to staff, to include tracking and mentoring support

About Repton School Abu Dhabi
Repton Abu Dhabi is a prominent school on Reem Island in the heart of ‘new Abu Dhabi’. About the School
