“What You’ll Be Doing”
Utilizes a CAD workstation to prepare engineering drawings consisting of basic arrangements, layouts, flow sheets, assemblies, isometrics, etc., from rough sketches and/or from general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures.
Utilizes technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with codes and company policies. Becomes familiar with various standards and codes such as ANSI, PFI, and ASME.
Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings. Understands how to read orthographic (2D)

Scope of Work Job Purpose:
The role holder at this level is responsible to execute multiple IT projects simultaneously leveraging a structured project management approach which ensures relevant project controls are in place to support effective and efficient decision making. The role holder is responsible to lead the project planning session ensuring that relevant prerequisites for the project including scope, cost, schedule, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, and resource requirements have been clearly identified. The key contribution at this level is to plan and govern all project lifecycle and supporting activities including Change Control, Risk Mitigation and Quality Management. This will also encompass coordination of project activities, development of schedules and assignment of individual project team member responsibilities. The role holder must follow the QAFCO’s PM framework, and the activities shall be aligned with Project Management Office.
Principle duties and responsibilities:
Project Operation
The role holder is responsible for effective, transparent and prompt communication on project updates and status to all project stakeholders and external partners. Also assumes the role of primary liaison to the Project Management Committee on all project related matters. The following further describes other responsibilities for this role:
• Set and track project milestones in collaboration with the project team, manage and account for unforeseen delays and then realign schedule and expectations as required.
• Identify and monitor specific project related issues including scope changes, variances, budget overruns, constraints and contingencies that may arise during projects implementation.
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation including relevant contracts, change requests, proposals and stakeholder correspondence.
• Manage projects resources including diverse technical teams, licenses and provisioning of new equipment.
• Maintain the quality of project documents and ensure that relevant documents and revision updates are submitted to the Project Management Committee in accordance with the specified guidelines and approved formats.
Project Delivery
Manage external partners, internal resources and stakeholders to create test cases and success criteria, coordinate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and relevant solution training sessions. Subsequently ensure project delivery is in accordance with organization quality and best practice expectations.

Scope of Work The job will be at the entry level in the Production Department where the holder will be emphasized to develop and applying incrementally increasing level of expertise for the operations of difference units/ areas of the Urea Plants. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Operate field equipment in accordance of all operational procedures & approved safety & environment procedure to ensure effective & optimum operational status of equipment, and ensure that the operational area housekeeping is well maintained.
•Monitor & log all operating parameters to ensure operations are within normal limits that all irregularities are reported to immediate supervisor for advice and/or solution.
•Provide immediate first-line response capability in the event of emergencies or major incidents in order to eliminate or limit potential loss or damage to QAFCO personnel, asset and the environment.
•The role holder will be participating in the on-the-job training of new and trainee operators to ensure they develop the necessary skills to independently operate the allocated areas of the Urea Plant.

The role holder will have prime responsibility for carrying out the execution of various civil inspection activities by following sound engineering principles, standards, codes, specification, and practices.
Shall be experienced in RBI inspection concepts, implementation and basic failure analysis skills with regards to Concrete Structures, Steel structures, marine structures, refractory installations, coating inspections, insulation, etc in fertilizer/related process industry.
The primary responsibility is to manage inspection of all CIVIL assets in QAFCO like perform criticality asset ranking, determine inspection frequency, prepare inspection programs, manage/perform required inspection activities, preparation of inspection reports, summary reports, ever greening based on findings and observations. Should have the expertise to identify, performing inspection, analyze and suggest recommendations to maintain the integrity of assets.
The role holder needs to have leadership skills that will promote the application of the methods within the section and more widely across Production and Maintenance Departments, becoming the acknowledged expert and point of reference whose recommendations and analysis of problems are accepted.
The position also capable of working as subject matter expert and to provide decision with respect to integrity, contributing for PMP studies and Quality control activities. The role includes assistance in Section cost control and compliance with QAFCO’s Occupational Health, Quality, Safety and Environment procedures.
Responsible as a leader for Civil Inspection Team for effective implementation and should be aware of ISO Integrated quality management systems, budget preparation, etc.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• Planning, mange, execute and monitoring inspection activities within his area of work to ensure that these are carried out with sound engineering principles and practices.
• Determine criticality ranking for assets using RBI approach and define inspection frequency and programs.
• Preparing inspection reports, summary reports with action recommendations.
• Follow up of the quality systems of contractor civil jobs i.e Concrete, steel, refractory, and coating jobs (new or repair) and that all work meets quality assurance standards and QAFCO specification.
• Review the work order ERP systems and allocate appropriate resources to achieve cost-effectiveness.
• Apply technical expertise for the resolution of problems ensuring they benefit from the experience.
• Review of work requests to ensure correct activities are undertaken and performance management of civil team to be maintained as per QAFCO asset integrity section requirement
