Knowledge of SharePoint Server is an advantage

Citrix XenDesktop for desktop virtualization (VDI)

Citrix XenApp for application virtualization

Citrix NetScaler

Experienced in Supporting and Maintaining the above Citrix Technologies

Backup Solutions

Basic installation and troubleshooting on any of the backup solutions like Veritas, Networker, Veeam

5 Years of successful industry experience

• Expertise in health information management, hospital information systems, digital strategy, data management, eHealth policies and standards, information and enterprise architecture, health informatics, health intelligence, interoperability standards and technical infrastructures.
• Represent Clinical/Patient access in understanding the broad requirements of the CLIENT’s Clinical health information system and communicate these requirements with vendors within the strategic framework.
• Experience in Clinical/Patient access workflows and processes in the CLIENT setting utilizing related tools.
• Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinates the technical and management aspects of projects.
• Prepare Scope of Work for the Department’s projects.
• Prepare Project Plans, including project resource requirements.
• Participate in project related meetings and resolve management project issues.
• Provide expert advice and direction to others by the timely application of technical and/or project management professionalism at key points in the project process.
• Set success criteria for projects; formulate and deliver project execution strategies ensuring successful delivery of the project through a project team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• University degree in Computer Science or related field,
• Certification and/or comprehensive experience in Project Management
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Analytical and issue resolution skills
• Understands data manipulation including data mapping / data translation, data validation
• Strong communication skills & Detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with and relate to internal and external stakeholders
• Able to produce and maintain electronic and paper based records for services, contracts and communications with the Private providers.
