- Lead the development of an organization-wide Information Technology (IT) strategy.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the management and operation of shared information systems infrastructure.
- Liaise with Department heads and IT in the area to understand unique IT challenges faced by the area.
- Develop business case for implementation of various IT applications / systems for the organizations and submit for investment approval.
- ERP System Implementation across the company, Assessing and preparing the Process and Procedures, Application sizing, Application Strategy Development, Ongoing systems management, Implementation of new systems, User acceptance testing, Change management, End-user support. Arranging necessary training for the ERP to the users.
- Configuring various servers like Network Server, Application Server, File Server, Antivirus Server, Remote Desktop Server, Print Server, Active Directory Server, DHCP Server, DNS Server, VMware Server, Backup Server etc.
- Maintaining and monitoring all the servers and user connectivity to the server.
