Our client, a growing management consultancy and marketing firm are looking to hire a talented and enthusiastic Sales Intern for their growing operations team. Ideally, they are looking for candidates who are multilingual and can speak both Arabic and English, and have graduated with relevant bachelors degrees (preferred but not essential). Roles and responsibilities will include –
- Proactively generate leads, reach out and contact senior decision makers in UAE based organizations.
- Arrange & attend meetings, follow up and discuss employer needs in a consultative manner.
- Building relationships with client prospects and being attuned to their business needs
- Calling both cold leads and hot leads
For this role, you will be trained personally by the Group Commercial Manager and supported by each Head of Department. This is a performance based role and you’ll be forced to constantly adapt, grow and develop yourself. It is not suitable for those who cannot handle a dynamic and high pressure environment, or anyone who likes to sit in an office all day.
