Headquartered in Dubai, they are currently searching for a HR Manager to join their driven team of healthcare and FMCG professionals. The position will sit as one of the key people within the HR function for the Middle East and report into the HR Director. While a lot of the work will be operational, they are looking for someone who will also take a proactive stance in identifying opportunities for systems and process improvement. This will mean getting involved in further developing the HR function within the organisation and have a measurable impact on affecting real change.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for hiring (Executive and non-executive) across various domains across globe, coordinate with administrative team to ensure a smooth on boarding (Attestation, Ticket, Visa);
Standardize the existing HR strategies, policies and regulations, implementing them and build on any future modifications;
Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour law and its provisions and Compliance and Adherence of such laws and regulations;
Calculation of staff attendance, Monthly payroll, leave, End of Service, all sorts of employee compensation etc. for UAE and Africa and process salaries;
Coordination with Admin Manager for completion of PR and Visa works;
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs, address employee grievances and nurture a positive working environment;
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
Manage our social platforms for various Group entities.
Requirements;
Excellent soft skills, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
Adaptive to both a family office style of working as well as a corporate style of working;
Proven working experience as HR, but being an individual contributor as well;
Familiarity of independently sourcing CVs/
Familiarity with banks and exchange houses;
Familiarity with West Africa and related talent Acquisition process.
