Responsibilities:
Craft and execute branding strategies to attract and retain a diverse, inclusive, and agile workforce, focusing on what matters and ensuring alignment with our company values.
Work hand-in-hand with the Global Branding team to review, create, and manage the career sites for our company, maintaining compliance with branding policies and acting with urgency.
Support hiring efforts by liaising with Talent Aquisition Advisors and creating branding initiatives for their teams, fostering a spirit of collaboration and winning as one team.
Drive the implementation and oversight of analytic insights, SEO strategy, and global social media content calendar for branding purposes, while constantly experimenting, learning, and adapting to optimize results.
Champion DE&I initiatives by partnering with Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) to create organic social media efforts and support the D&I and Global Talent Aquisition D&I teams in crafting ads and branding materials that embrace diversity and inclusion.
Manage Global Talent Aquisition “ready to use assets,” update the Employer Branding Toolkit, and assist global business divisions in generating inclusive language videos for job descriptions.
Build strong relationships with country teams that link to career sites and oversee supplier onboarding, training, and regular communication through meetings.
Deliver engaging presentations and insightful reports, driving regular calls to review performance and metrics with the team and leadership.
Collaborate with Global Talent Aquisition Recruiting Tools and Technology to engage with new and existing vendors, identifying and implementing process automation opportunities.
Assess intake forms to determine if external agency use is required or if the project can be handled in-house, while fostering a speak-up culture and maintaining an open-minded approach.
Ensure audit compliance by managing consent forms
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years’ experience in global talent acquisition branding in an HR Center Of Excellence or in HR Operations role (with Masters’ degree, minimum experience is 4 years); or relevant applicable experience.
Qualifications:
Background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Talent Acquisition experience is a plus but not required.
Comprehensive understanding of branding strategies and best practices.
Knowledge of SEO, social media management, and content creation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Solid project management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with DE&I initiatives and inclusive language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Proficiency in Phenom People Client Relationship Management tool is preferred

The role of the Commercial Operations Manager (COM) is to essentially manage, monitor and support the distributors, their performance, and their teams in order to ensure execution of the Animal Health commercial distribution strategy which would be designed and executed by the COM in collaboration with the GM for Gulf & Levant.
The COM will be responsible for providing distribution channel direction and management as needed on issues throughout Gulf & Levant and execute plans on product launches in conjunction with the species leads, as it relates to the specifics of each distributor. In addition, they would be responsible for managing the design and implementation of various contracts with distributor to ensure clear, stable, and profitable relationships with the trade partners.
The successful candidate will leverage resources and departments to drive profitable revenue growth for the region.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Distribution Management
- Design, execute and monitor the distribution agreements and commercial policies for distributors and business partners in Gulf & Levant region.
- Monitor and coordinate forecast and sales on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, provide guidance to supply and & logistics team. Identify risks and propose remediation.
- Ensure distributors are engaged with the company, well informed and working to grow in the territory.
- Monitor and analyze distributors performance by species and recommend strategic improvement or operational improvements.
- Establish a solid tracking report for monitoring of distributor KPIs and performance.
- Establish, prepare and issue monthly communication platforms for each individual distributor.
- In collaboration with business partners and species teams, manage the internal process of launching new products for each market in the territory.
- In collaboration with supply and logistics, improve the business planning from distributors and connection with business planning.
- In collaboration with finance team, monitor payment collection, manage retro-bonuses internally and externally.
- Lead key initiatives such as pricing strategies in the distribution channel.
- Member of G&L Leadership Team
- Co-develop and implement operational and strategic distribution direction for the company with the Leadership team
- Join or lead projects agreed with G & L Leadership team in connection with commercial strategy
Education & Experience:
- University Degree preferably in science or business studies with postgraduate qualification in business administration (advantageous but not essential)
- Experience within the animal health industry in the Middle East or other regions
- Background specialty in key account and distribution management with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in one or other specialties
- Project management skills
- Language skills: Fluent in English, Arabic (preferred but not compulsory)
- Strong computer skills in Excel and PPT

- Sound project management skills and experience, particularly in relation to commercial systems and
- processes
- Team player and able to lead project teams
