Marketing Intern (UAE National)
MAIN PURPOSE
The Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the marketing department at Montblanc Dubai with a regional scope, focusing mainly on the Middle East and Africa for the period of 6 months / 1 year. The Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting in the development and coordination of marketing events, activations and collaboration with the third parties and media campaigns for the plans during the year. He/She will also support the Visual Merchandising team during peak season and for ad-hoc projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Events & Activation for Retail and Wholesale Channel
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of in-store activations, VIP Dinners, Trade events (locations research, Set-up, coordination with suppliers, coordination with HQ, invitations printing, coordination with agency etc.).
- Provide Analysis for the region in terms of collaboration with third parties beneficial for the Maison.
Social Media & Digital
- Support in the creation of post- campaign reports, assets download to be shared with the partners, competitors’ analysis of social media and digital campaign activities in the region
CRM
- Assist in the operational CRM: Thank you cards, gifts, mailing operations, CRM campaign reports
Visual Merchandising
- Assist the VM team for orders entry and operational tasks .
