We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded and highly skilled Legal Counsel to support the group with a variety of legal tasks, among others, review, negotiate and draft contracts, coordinate tender activities and counsel on corporate and tax law. Job description
Your main responsibility is to advise the group on legal issues and handle administrative tasks related thereto for the entity in Dubai. You will provide essential support to our managers, thereby allowing them to focus on the strategic aspects of their work. You are expected to have a solid legal understanding, an analytical mind-set and to work methodically with high quality standards while always focusing on the commercial value of your advice.
Areas of focus
- Draft, amend, negotiate and generally provide assistance in connection with the entering into and management of commercial contracts
- Corporate law related matters
- Coordinate tender activities and prepare and complete pre-qualification questionnaires, invitation to tenders and tender documents
- Handle insurance related matters
- Analyse various legal issues and provide ad hoc legal support to the organisation
Your professional skills
- A Master of Laws degree
- At least three years of experience after graduating, preferably as a lawyer or from a multinational company
- Fluent in written and spoken English, French is an advantage
- IT proficient – experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)

We are looking for an engaged and pro-active HR Coordinator to support our business in Middle East & Africa (MEA) together with a fellow HR Coordinator located in Dubai. You will join a close-knitted HR team consisting of 7 other colleagues in Denmark and 1 in Panama – all with different backgrounds and expertise. Your overall responsibility will be to support our business and ensure a strong HR operational backbone in close cooperation with our designated Senior HR Business Partner based in Denmark.
Areas of focus
- Ensure strong HR operational backbone in entities within MEA
- Act as focal point between the local entities and Group HR
- Drive local recruitment
- Ensure compliance with local labour law
- Superuser in HR-related systems
- Coordinate employee cycle (onboarding, promotion, relocation, offboarding)
- Handle resident visas, work permit, health insurance, workman injury insurance
- Secure appropriate health insurance for employees by driving annual tender process
- Administrative support in ad hoc HR related projects and activities

- Relevant education
- 2-3 years’ experience from a similar position within HR and recruitment administration
- Solid experience with labour law and visa-related processes in DMCC
