The major function of this position is:
To provide administrative support to accounts and sales representatives with an emphasis to establish and maintain account relationships with Maui Jim customers thus ensuring future growth.
The principle responsibilities and duties of this position are:
- Input all faxed and phoned orders the same day received into the SAP system.
- Work closely with colleagues in all departments to proactively ensure the smooth running of the overall operation.
- Maintain a high level of service, always acting in a professional manner to support both customers and sales representatives alike.
- Perform routine daily, weekly, and monthly departmental support tasks as required.
- Account Executive with all materials required for open days, and when possible, support them on the day showing unity to our accounts between the sales and office team.
- Adhere to the Maui Jim DC Goals sheet: p rocess credit notes within 5 days; return re-do’s to corporate headquarters for assessment on a monthly basis; a dhere to MJ quality standards when inspecting redos; s trive for 100% accuracy
- Make sure all communication is clear and concise so efficiency is achieved when handling any inquiries or problems that may arise. Follow up with your sales team when new releases are made available to see if there’s anything that needs to be communicated from the office to our customers on behalf of the sales representative. Process RX orders and redos the same day received. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional and friendly manner. Process repairs for both accounts & end consumers.
- Work with your colleagues to make sure they are offered support when possible.
