Koch Global Services is expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking to add transformative recruiting capabilities to their team by opening a new vacancy as AME Talent Acquisition Lead (Middle East and Africa). This individual contributor position will play a key role in advancing the Talent Solutions Vision and delivering high-end recruiting services to all Koch companies. In this role, you will help develop and execute a recruiting strategy to support our resourcing needs including evolving our processes, so we can streamline and innovate how we work with the business. You would also facilitate and lead key initiatives and projects with the recruiting team, stakeholders and hiring partners. It shall be critical for the person in this role to establish and maintain fruitful relationships across the Koch Companies and to partner up closely with in-region HR and Business leadership stakeholders.
Our team recruits for roles across all Koch companies with a primary focus on Guardian Industries and Koch Engineered Solutions in the Middle East and Africa.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes
- Help develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to support our regional resourcing needs with a view to aligning and meeting with key business objectives (Operational Recruiting)
- Define regional strategies that will enable the Talent Solutions Vision in Africa Middle and provide Thought Leadership to in-region stakeholders (In-Region TA leadership)
- Identify opportunities to develop and implement diversity recruitment strategies whilst influencing and educating business stakeholders with a view to advancing Diversity and Inclusion in your designated geographies (D&I)
- Develop partnerships across the Talent Solutions group and across all Koch companies to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the Enterprise.
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with business leadership teams, hiring managers, and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Legal, Finance, Facilities, HR, etc.) by listening, having empathy and delivering on commitments
- Compile, analyse and capture insights from data to support business decisions and influence positive change (Talent Advisory)
- Drive alignment with our Operating Model and application of our Enterprise Management Philosophy
- Stay abreast/research new recruiting technology that will drive efficiencies and eliminate waste
What You Will Need
- Demonstration of extensive recruiting/sourcing experience with internal/corporate recruiting, agency search and/or consulting with tangible positive business outcomes
- Experience designing regional Talent Acquisition strategies in close collaboration with business stakeholders to support ad-hoc Talent Acquisition and Talent Management needs
- Experience interacting and working closely with top leadership stakeholders Fluency in English and Arabic
- Following additional languages are considered strong assets: French, Italian, Polish, German.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time as needs arise
