Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include;

Exceptional recruiting/sourcing strategies and processes to support the hiring and business needs of the open positions.
Conducting full and detailed position briefings from Hiring Managers.
Recommends best in class candidates after conducting screening and assessing general qualification against job requirements.
Develops and monitors recruitment processes to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
Supports internal job posting and transfers program.
Coordinates the implementation and development of recruitment advertising.
Identifies and develops sources for qualified candidates by establishing relationships with online advertising agencies, recruitment agencies, colleges, universities, technical schools, etc.
Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
Database Management – ensuring the database and ATS (iCIMs) is up to date and is being utilised effectively.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role we envision that you will bring a minimum of 2 years’ career experience either in an agency or in-house environment, partnered with a Bachelor Degree qualification. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.

Candidates with a background in architecture, engineering and / or construction recruitment are highly regarded.

This position will oversee the portfolio’s sustainability compliance with the Group’s ESG, UAE and international requirements and governance.

Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include:

Reviewing of portfolio, programme, and project sustainability risk and identifying mitigation measures.
Establish and implement portfolio policies, procedures, and processes.
Develop and implement the portfolio’s sustainability strategy that is linked back to corporate and government wide ESG goals and NetZero transition plan.
Reporting of sustainability performance across the portfolio to the Group and external bodies as required.
Develop and lead sustainability initiatives within the Group and collaborate with other stakeholders and parties.
Maintain a centre of technical excellence that is able to provide sustainable, innovative and cost-effective solutions that satisfies the commercial and user requirements.
Develop and specify decarbonised design solutions that address development needs, lower ESG risks, and explore greater sustainability-related opportunities at all stages of the investment cycle.
Lead the development of knowledge resources and tools aimed at decarbonizing the entire development cycle, from design through to construction and operations.
Develop opportunities to increase synergies within and amongst Client Group clusters through clean technology applications, low carbon, circular economy opportunities and other ESG related possibilities.
Collaborate with corporate teams to develop Clients Group ESG framework, NetZero transition plan, guidance on principles, commitments, and targets.
Lead collaborative initiatives with external stakeholders, including the public sector, NGOs and private sector, on environmental and sustainability initiatives, that link back to the company and emirate-wide sustainability goals.
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include at least 10 years working in environmental or sustainability field with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Environmental Science or related field and having 5 years experience working in project delivery.

This position is responsible for assisting the Senior Resident Engineer in the construction supervision team to ensure that the project will be delivered on time and within budget according to the contract. The role will supervise the work of the site engineers, surveyors, inspectors and all other disciplines working on the construction site.

Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include;

Demonstrating extensive knowledge and experience in the execution of civil, infrastructure, building, landscape and irrigation works.
Ability to make senior level project decisions and liaise with applicable authorities.
Familiar with the DM General Conditions of Contract, Quality Assurance, Quantity Surveying, and Project Network Techniques.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Project.
Excellent written and communication skills (English), time management, and supervisory skills.
Demonstrated ability to prepare instructions, specifications, and reports and cost estimates.

Qualifications
