Heavy Duty Driver
- Drives and delivers required stock to clients/ showrooms to and from specified destinations within the UAE to ensure delivery punctuality and safety, as per the instruction of Warehouse Manager / Supervisor following all safety regulations and precautions.
- Inspects and maintains vehicle cleanliness, supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes and reports any maintenance problems to the line manager in order to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.
- Ensures the delivery documents are signed by customers and collects approved customer returns and reports to line manager.
- Performs other relative duties assigned by his line manager
Requirements
- High School: 12 years of schooling
- Minimum 3 -5 years of Total work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Related work experience.
- Valid appropriate Vehicles category
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to work in all types of weather
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures
- Bilingual, Spoken and Written good proficiency (English preferred)
- Good communication skills

- Perform all employees related government relations transactions (MOHRE, Director of Residency & Foreigners Affairs(DRFA),Police Station, Airport, Embassies, Municipality, Courts, etc.) in DXB,SHJ,Ajman, RAK ,Fuj and UMQ emirates. On time in order to achieve legal and financially sound status of all employees and all companies under JAM group/related companies to Minimize penalties & complication issues by verifying all submitted documents to government authorities and maintain consistent follow- ups with all concern parties in order to have smooth process.
- Follow up to complete the process of (Residence Visa & e-Work Permit) cancellation for all the Resign /Terminated employees on time in order to avoid any additional fines/penalties to the JAM group of companies such as late cancellation fees /fines in order to avoid any legal complications.
- Follow up and ensure all EX-Employee those (Residence Visa & e-Work Permit) has been canceled must proceed Deportation / change status within the time or else proceed with legal action are per instruction.
- Attends all emergency cases related to business operations and ensures all issues are solved on time.
- Update the management about all the new rules and regulations related to MOHRE, Director of Residency & Foreigners Affairs (DRFA).
