Purpose: • Manager – the role holder will be responsible to adhere with the cGMP principles and maintain them in an effective manner and to ensure the quality assurance (QA) and regulatory compliance of pharmaceutical products and materials within the pharmaceutical warehouse environment and supply chain department, maintaining product and material integrity, minimizing risk, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Key responsibilities & Accountability: Responsible to ensure the warehouse and supply chain (Procurement, Shipping, and Planning) operations are compliant with applicable regulations and GMP. • Responsible to oversee the timely completion and review of documentation related to incoming materials and warehousing activities. • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance related to pharmaceutical products shipping activities. • Responsible to prepare for audits by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and conducting regular self-inspections. Address audit findings, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and track their effectiveness. • Responsible to assess and manage changes within the warehouse operations and supply chain that may impact product or/and material quality or regulatory compliance. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues and deviations. • Responsible to continuously evaluate and improve quality systems and processes within the warehouse operations and supply chain. • Manage the team of Supply Chain / WH oversight associates, providing training, scheduling, and performance management. • Responsible for the QA oversight of Julphar stores (Raw material, Packaging material, finished product and Rejected stores) and ensure that the activities are performed as per approved procedures. • Responsible for leading the Shipping group for final checking of shipment against the invoices before shipping.
Qualifications:

Key responsibilities & Accountability: • Responsible to adhere with cGMP principles and maintain them in effective manner. • Perform, execute and get list of Equipment / Instrument due for daily calibration. • Implement calibration Procedure and perform the test / calibration by using Certified Standard in assigned plant related to temperature, pressure, flow, weighing systems, conductivity • Perform the Calibration and preventive maintenance for the instruments. • Handle the Breakdown for machines and instruments. • Verify and arrange the certificates after complete the calibration of the Reference Standard instruments from third party. • Participate the project and modification works. • Arrange the calibration lab and reference standards. • Coordinate with different service supplier when required for Installation of New Equipment / Instrument or third party calibration. • Coordinate with Supplier to prepare the IQ, OQ & PQ Documents and submit to QA dept. • Coordinate with validation team to perform the testing and validation of different equipment. • Complete the related SOP attachment after performing the calibration and Label the Instrument and inform the related user Department to access the Instrument. • Prepare the calibration due list from the calibration master plan and SAP notification system • Receive and check the material from Engineering store and submit the related Document to calibration office. • Update the master plan as per performed the calibration. • Responsible when any materials required from Eng. store, inform with Part number to the SAP Coordinator for ordering and collect the material from engineering Store. • Handle SAP notifications and communicate with SAP Coordinator to complete the all pending notifications from different Users, and due calibrations. • Study and follow the different development within the area of responsibility. • Perform any other task assigned by Team Leader/Manager and support colleagues whenever necessary.
Qualifications:
– Education • 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent in the same field.

Notification of the Minor and Major Changes regarding the formula (active & inactive ingredients), finished product specifications, additional pack sizes, change in the packaging materials (leaflets, inner & outer packs), extension of shelf life, change in the API manufacturer and storage condition.

• Preparation of the required certificates & arrange for the legalization as per the requirements of the different countries, to be included in our variation Files.
• Following up with the requested documents from different departments.
• Compilation of variation and baseline files as per country specific guidelines to get approval.
