- Handling joining formalities of all colleagues- documents, filing, bank account, locker, life & Medical issuance, uniform formalities etc.
- Processing of all colleague request letters.
- Handling leavers and final settlement, change status, disciplinary action. Wot planner.
- Monthly payroll attendance posting for all departments before payroll closing (attendance, vacation, sick leave, cash advance & etc.)
- Delivering consistent and updated information of all colleagues’ communication medium.
- Raising all LPO’s through Jana for HR Office, accommodation and colleague’s cafeteria.
- HR Duty Roster
- Leave updating and posting, air ticket handling
- Colleagues Welfare Committee Meetings.
- Hotels colleague’s engagement activities, events (Monthly colleagues’ gatherings, Independence day celebrations, etc.)

What we need from you
At voco Dubai, we look for hosts who are reliably different and contribute to the success of bringing our brand to life! Ideally, you’ll have experience in hospitality, and leadership working in a hotel with multiple restaurants, the ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Human Resources Officer and knowledge of HR functions such as payroll & benefits, recruitment, engagement activities, events etc. Moreover, a good understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures, proficient in MS Office; knowledge of the Sky Bayan system is a plus. The right candidate should have outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. We are looking for someone who is friendly and enjoys learning new things and working in a team environment. Your day to day
The role is varied and can be demanding with an intense workload that will need to be delivered accurately and always on time. The Credit Manager will show incredible attention to detail, along with the ability to pick things up quickly – therefore, being diplomatic and polite at all times is important. Assertiveness accompanied by respect and good emotional intelligence is an essential quality.
A high proportion of the job will be spent in the office using email, making/handling telephone calls and in face to face meetings with both internal and external customers. Therefore, you need to be comfortable, calm and always use a diplomatic approach on things.
The Credit Manager needs to be able to supervise and participate in collecting all outstanding accounts receivables, the granting of all credit applications, analyse payment records, prepare customers invoices, educate/train the team manage hotel contracts, develop financial controlled procedures and many other activities that maybe necessary .
What we need from you
Ideally, the candidate needs to demonstrate a good all-round knowledge of MS Office, and particularly excel worksheet where strong formatting skills would be a distinct advantage and working knowledge of Excel. The ability to handle multiple assignments; planning and decision-making skills.
This role requires a highly organized individual who is energetic, self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and the ability to multi-task, deal with a lot of pressure and demands whilst remaining calm and working effectively is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build respect and rapport at all levels are essential.
