DESCRIPTION :
This role will include Implementation, project management, user training, business analysis, gap analysis, software installation, software configuration, testing, training, and support following go live.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with the Senior teams to ensure that project is delivered as per the plan
- Setting and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Acting as the first point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Developing training materials and training the staff in the use of the configured solution.
- Analyzing business requirements, risks, and reporting to the senior team
- Identifying and documenting change requests
- Configuring software to meet the required solution design.
- Supporting the client in testing the system prior to go live
- Providing ongoing support following go live
- Implementation experience in enterprise software solutions such Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Sage, or similar enterprise level software is an added advantage.

Your day to day
An Assistant Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for all maintenance related issues within the hotel to deliver excellent guest experience while performing daily checks, repairing equipment, and coordinating renovation projects. You will also be required to develop and coordinate emergency programs for the hotel.
What we need from you
Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:
- Bachelors or Diploma holder in the field of Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience of at least 3 to 5 years in similar position in a 5 star luxury hotel and/or resort in the Middle East
- Advanced knowledge of building management system and chiller management system
- Very communication skills
- Commitment to deliver high level of workmanship
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and take decisions
- Ability to lead a large and diverse team
