Role:

Grow, maintain, convert, and track a healthy pipeline of Large Market/B2B opportunities for the FI. Meet and exceed KPIs on Pipeline Value, Conversion rate, time-to-revenue and Y1/Y2 revenue.
Develop sales contents for the FI– utilizing material to shape and influence the messaging and narrative
Create, drive, and win deals with Financial Institution (FI) partners (for both card & invoice led flows)
Take responsibility for training the sales teams inside the FI partners and supporting their ongoing product knowledge development to enable them to sell into their customer base.
Define the sales opportunities and the prospects for the bank in alignment with the strategy for the bank – including OTA and B2B flows between the Buyers and Suppliers
Engage & identify the right stakeholders at the bank to grow the business
Identify and prioritize prospects lists
Create sales pipeline and liaise with the Commercial BD team to ensure that all opportunities are recorded and updated in SFDC
Lead sales discussions and pitch Client’s products to end customers
Support operational onboarding of new customers by engaging the Program Management Commercial Team
Follow up with onboarded customers to ensure activation and first usage and identify what the issues and challenges are and engage with the relevant Commercial Product team to give feedback and resolution
Where it is optimal, undertake Direct -to-Corporate (D2C) activities, working directly with Large Market/Mid-Market corporates that have significant procurement activity.

Review and recommend improvements to both the bank and payment processing company.
Monitor results and propose improvement measures

Strong understanding of the commercial and corporate cards business spanning different industries (Travel, Oil & Gas, Education, etc.)
10-12 years Relevant sales and business development experience in commercial cards (required)
Strong team player, results driven and high level of energy & initiative
People management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Self-motivated with a demonstrated track record of success
Ability to interact with external clients
Successful salesperson with ability to generate and follow up on leads independently

Your Responsibilities

Responsible for the strategic design of data architecture systems. Their job is to optimize databases, developing ETL solutions, and managing automatized data flow

Own, create, and update companies enterprise data models and data architecture (across entities)

Define digital & data platform architecture and services • Guide and align applications and digital solutions with company’s enterprise data models, data governance and master data management

Key contributor to the Architecture Review Board (ARB) decision meetings impacting IS technical strategy (including IS applications, Digital Data Platform and Digital Use cases)

Good knowledge of data management, data integration and database development techniques

SITUATION IN ORGANIZATION

Reporting to Lead, PALM PM (N+1)

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support continuous optimization of maintenance costs, without compromising on safety and integrity using Data Analytics. Propose improvements to maintenance strategies, monitor performance, identify areas for change and collaborate with key business stake holders to measure and improve efficiency of implemented measures. Device strategies to consolidate data, relevant to Maintenance and Inspection, from CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) and other Operations relevant applications to produce management and KPI reports that help improve performance.

JOB DIMENSIONS

Provide support to M&I Offshore and Onshore users (approximately 600 users)

ACTIVITIES

• Drive an Incident Free environment / mindset within the Department and with all stakeholders

• Employ data analytics to support continuous optimization of maintenance costs, without compromising on safety and integrity.

• Analyze Asset Maintenance, Safety and Integrity data and produce recommendations for contineous improvement in performamce.

• Identify process issues / areas for improvement in maintenance management and engage with stake holders to come up with proposals for changes.

• Help design KPIs and other management reports, in line with industry best practices and International Standards to support performance imprtovement. Work with Data Warehouse (SAP-BW) team and Dashboard development (Power BI) team to develop specifications, test and deploy KPI Reports.

• Collate proposals for changes in the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP-Plant Maintenance) and coordinate with IT support for preparation of Functional & Technical Specifications, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preparation of cut-over strategies and post go-live support.

• Assist in Change Management by translating changes into process maps, training material and Company Management System (CMS) documents.

• Monitor data quality of Work Orders and Notifications and propose ways for improvement.

• Help SAP user administration through definition, setup and allocation of appropriate SAP roles in line with different business roles and responsibilities.

• Regularly visit Offshore platforms to keep users familiarized with latest developments and changes in maintenance process and SAP.

• Participate in Crisis Response Training and to assist during Emergency Response Situations if required

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

Position is in an OPCO (JV) operating Oil & Gas facility with offshore / onshore (non-producing) sites, based in Doha, Qatar.

The position is part of the permanent team and is on a resident basis (5d per week).

Trips to offshore are required on an ad-hoc basis.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent degree.

• Experience in Data Anlytysis, Performance Monitoring, Cost Optimisation and Change Management.

• Experinece in Maintenance processes, Computerised Mainteance Management Systems (CMMS) and awareness of industry best practices in enterprise asset management.

• Minimum 5 years of experienceas as SAP Super User. Experience in Plant Maintenance, Material Management and Cost Control modules.

• Understanding of cross-functional Business Processes and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience in developing training material and delivering training/coaching

• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills

• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and technical vocabulary.
