Full Details of FRAG SrL Doha Jobs 2022
- Carry out mechanical and electrical inspection and maintenance on equipment to bring them to optimal performance
- Perform oiling, belt adjustment, cleaning of equipment, greasing, and other specific preventive maintenance work
- Determine service requirements by applying technical skills and experience, including system operations and preventive maintenance experience
- Serve as a company representative to other contractors, owners, and trades
- Give preventive maintenance inspections performed to Client and suggest corrective actions to be applied
- Give advice on additional services to customers that may be beneficial to them
- Complete and submit needed paperwork in a timely manner to the service coordinator
- Perform other functions that may be assigned by the service coordinator or manager.
- Technical Diploma
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role.
- Knowledge of Schneider MODICON M580 system
- Able to work any shift as assigned, as dictated by the needs of a 24/7 operation.
- BOSIET certificate
- H2S certificate
- Fluent knowledge of English language

- Monitor the health of the network, storage and servers using a variety of tools
- Provide Tier 1and 2 telephone contact for IPTV systems
- Generate trouble tickets and escalating to Tier 2 teams as needed
- Follow up with Tier 2 and customers to confirm issue resolution
- Perform trouble shooting of servers, network devices, and applications
- Installation of operating systems and software applications

- At least 3 years of experience in systems, software or network support.
- Previous experience with UNIX/Linux server administration including scripting in one or more languages
