Expro Group are currently recruiting for a Operations Coordinator, Slickline to join the Well Intervention team based in Doha.
Overall Purpose of the Job
To assist with the smooth and efficient running of all operations for product line in area of responsibility. Responsible for coordinating the manpower and technical requirements e.g. the movement of equipment, materials and personnel to ensure actioned in line with clients’ requirements.
Key Activities and Accountabilities
1. Liaise with clients to determine personnel and equipment requirements and arrange for their mobilisation in line with operational and client deadlines
2. Advise client on operational and equipment limitations or problems and offer alternative solutions wherever practical
3. Ensure all equipment is maintained and in compliance with certification requirements, so it is fit for purpose
4. Undertake the planning of manpower requirements to ensure availability of resources for the project in line with operational requirements. May be involved in recruitment of staff or contract personnel as necessary.
5. Monitor costs of equipment, manpower and associated items to ensure project /task costs are contained within approved budget and highlight any issues in a timely manner to Management
6. Ensure all costs and required information is collated for the invoicing process to ensure their accurate completion in a timely manner
7. May coordinate the engagement and use of third party services and equipment within assigned location.
8. To liaise with the Group Competence and Training department to identify the training requirements and plan for the most effective training regime for new and existing Slickline personnel.
9. Ensure completion of required documentation and accuracy of data for company procedures, processes and specific client’s reporting requirements is undertaken
11. Undertake the supervision of direct reports where applicable
12. May be required to undertake an on call rota to facilitate 24 hour coverage on operations performance /technical status to customer, team in the field and internal management
13. Liaise with client, operational team, management and internal departments as and when required to ensure all aspects of the operations are discussed with the relevant parties to ensure effective communication to allow continued safe operations and task completion within deadlines
Job Knowledge and Qualifications
1. Formal technical qualification
2. 6+ years technical experience preferable within product line including wellsite/field experience
3. Previous supervisory experience
4. Broad knowledge of Expro Slickline products and services

Overall Purpose of the Job:
Provides operational support to managers to meet business needs, ensures adherence to HR policies and procedures and manages the administration of HR activities within area of responsibility. Area of responsibility can cover multiple locations within a defined geographic area such as an Area or Country, or for multiple product lines and /or business units irrespective of geographic location.
Key Activities and Accountabilities:
1. Assist with input to enable the development of appropriate People Strategies for the area of responsibility to support short and long term business objectives. Assist to develop HR strategy and objectives in line with plan.
2. Provide input to workforce plans and uses this information to create recruitment plans for area of responsibility; may provide information for the annual budget/business planning process.
3. Ensure that all policies and procedures comply with legislative requirements in area of responsibility and include best practice where possible. Ensure any such policies and procedures comply with Group policies, standards and processes.
4. Ensure that all agreements, contracts, handbooks and other employment documentation are current and comply with current legislation. Ensure processes are in place and understood to comply with work permit, visas and other relevant documentation requirements prior to commencement of employment by new hire / transferee.
5. Provide training and guidance on the Performance Management process to managers and employees and assists managers to develop Succession Plans including the identification of required management / key skills training.
6. Advise managers to ensure salaries and benefits are in line with competitive practice and cost containment. Ensure reward is linked to business success and drives business performance. Participate in salary / benefit surveys. May coordinate the annual review process and annual incentive scheme process for area of responsibility. May be involved in union or workplace council negotiations or meetings.
7. Ensure best use of HR Information Systems (HRIS) to provide meaningful data to assist with management decision making. Ensure support in place to carry out accurate and timely input to the HRIS.
8. Advise managers on discipline, grievance, performance, redundancy, severance and capability issues and ensures appropriate procedures are followed.
9. Make regular country/base/facility visits to build and improve relationships with managers and employees and to monitor customer satisfaction with HR performance. Make presentations and provide training for managers and/or employees on HR-related subjects where necessary and appropriate.
10. May liaise with relevant industry/HR external groups as necessary.
11. In certain locations, may be required to participate in an on call rota providing HR support in emergency situations.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
1. Degree or professional qualification (alternatively skills acquired through experience in progressively more senior HR roles)
2. 8+ years previous experience within HR environment including experience supervising others
3. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

Overall Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for the effective creation, management and development of the commercial relationship and any compliance risks inherent. The key factors within supplier performance are Compliance with applicable local/international laws, Standard Operating Procedure compliance, acceptable service quality and total cost management.
Key Activities and Accountabilities:
1. Schedule and coordinate international freight movements
2. Prepare shipping documentation (packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates, etc.) for international export cargoes
3. Assist in the customs clearance process for import shipments
4. Maintain shipping register and files in accordance with standard operating procedure for the working location
5. Work directly with business units to ensure all orders are shipped in an expeditious and cost-effective manner and are shipped in accordance with contractual terms and conditions
6. Coordinate the review of products in order to determine the correct transportation requirements, including packaging, labeling and documentation to ensure that shipments are consistent with contractual requirements, external regulations, and internal procedures
7. Develop, nurture, and maintain high quality relationships with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, and other service providers
8. Generate purchase requisitions for freight related invoices
9. Liaise with internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questions and queries are resolved and liaise with manager on any concerns
Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
1. 3 years FCPA experience / working knowledge within a logistic environment
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint, word)
3. Experience in SAP beneficial
