Compliance Analyst
Department Description:
Provide adequate support in the delivery of relevant Compliance Systems Roadmap and Group driven digitalisation initiatives Provide required support in implementation of all relevant systems for responsible are in line with the Group Compliance Systems Roadmap
1 Continue to provide adequate support in delivering on the key initiatives as per Compliance Systems Roadmap for EI that fall under Financial Crime Risk Compliance remit
2 As per directions form the senior management and or any adhoc requirements based on project developments ensure rolloutimplementation of any new enhancements as warranted
3Work closely with Group to ensure the implementation of any new tools systems within the area of responsibilitysubject to Group IT prioritization
Brief Description:
Developing Compliance resources improving their Compliance skills improving teams and teamwork and building better awareness of mandatory Compliance requirements across the bank
1 Ensure to provide adequate support to the line management in data extraction MIS production of delivery items and work related to preparing response for any requisites or requirements arisings as part of the project on an ongoing basis
2 Provide necessary support to other team members as appropriate and work as backup in absence of other team members
3 Improved Souwti participation rates and scores
Detailed Description:
Deliver on obligations and expectations of the Compliance function and to encourage the right culture throughout the rest of the Group
1* Timely support to the line management for the production of delivery items related to the project on an ongoing basis
2 Timely completion of trainings as and when assigned
3 SelfDevelopment by attending trainings outreach sessionssubject to budget constraints
4 Improved CSAT scores
5 Improved INA Control Pulse and Audit ratings
6 Identifying highlighting and taking appropriate action on good and bad behavior on Compliance matters
Job Requirements:
Expanding the coverage and improving the quality governance and effectiveness of relevant Compliance Policy Formation of Compliance Intelligence UnitCIU unit within EI Compliance and until then coordinating with and leveraging on the Group Compliance Intelligence UnitCIU projects to ensure significant threats are identifiedrectified and processes put in place to mitigate existing and future threats at EI
1 Provide customary support to the line management required to manage and conclude any adhoc projects at EI as and when required
2 Work with relevant internal stakeholders to further improve the quality and timeliness of the responses to the requisites arising from the project
3 Work with the line management to further fine tune the delivery of the production items requisites
4 Support the line management to ensure that all requisites production items are responded to in a timely and effective manner and factual accuracy
5 Continually liaise with key internal stakeholders from Business and risk functions to enhance the existing processes controls workflows TAT and customer service as warranted
6 Provide regular updates to the line management on the delivery of items and bad behavior on Compliance matters
