Element has an opportunity for a Administrator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business In this role , you will be responisble for carrying out admin Responsiblities strictly in accordance with the Element – Middle East & Asia-Pacific Laboratory Management System and the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025

This position will be based in Abu Dhabi

• Preparing/Collecting source data for entry and invoicing
• Maintaining data entry and invoicing requirements by following program techniques and procedures; storing correct information in the desired database location
• Ensuring accurate interpretation of data entry in the system i.e.: proper analysis and verification of data followed by transmittal of the data in the required format to the relevant parties
• Adhering to strict deadlines while managing additional responsibilities like troubleshooting, file back-ups and data retreival as and when required
• Maintaining customer confidence and protecting company operations by maintaining utmost confidentiality

• A graduate degree holder with relevant experience within a laboratory office environment would be preferred for the role
• Experience in using any Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and invoice management systems would be advantageous
• Highly motivated and organized individual with excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to work
• Ability to work independently under pressure while meeting tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English along with knowledge and experience in the use of various MS office packages essential
