Main duties and other tasks:

. Accountable for technical planning, forming projects and managing multiple projects.
. Ensure that policies, procedures, programs, standards of performance and compliance are dhered to, and the proper use and design of Doka equipment.
. Determine, plan and implement technical solutions for utilizing Doka formwork systems.
. Partner with customers, contractors, sales and operations departments while managing jobs from the preliminary project planning stages to project completion.
. Support the sales team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet the customers’ needs (economically and in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines), from the project design stage to project inception and completion, and prepare technical specifications, adapting them to the available stocks.
. Work with sales to produce AutoCAD drawings during the proposal stage, finalise working drawings, and produce material lists for quotations to sales and operations, for shipments to the site.
. Provide guidance to customers regarding forming solutions, service job sites and respond to queries concerning equipment usage etc.
. Provides analysis and design/price calculations as required.
. Responsible·for conducting Static calculations utilizing RSTAB.
. Contact person for the technicians regarding static calculation questions and information transfer.
. Monitor conformance with contractual guidelines.
. Analyse structural drawings given by clients.
. Technical solutions will mandatory include safety and security equipment and components.
. Visit job sites as required, identify any improper implementation and take action to ensure technical solutions are immediately implemented.
. Support formwork instructors with regards to technical inquiries, installation instructions and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

. Civil Engineering degree with extended structural experience.
. 6 to 8 years Formwork Experience and track record in Civil Projects (preferably Doka experience).
. Strong design skills in AutoCAD 3D
. Excellect MS office skills
. Excellent communication skills including a good command of English (within company and with clients).
