Job Purpose:
A senior business analyst is responsible for analyzing an organization’s operations and processes in order to identify areas of improvement and help the organization achieve its strategic goals. Assist the Projects Manager(s) and work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders on Business Transformational initiatives across all business lines and operating companies to deliver faster, full scope, under budget, risk free projects. Consulting experience gained in an Advisory / Management Consultancy is non-negotiable.
Accountabilities:
Support planning and delivery of the assigned small scale (Single business function) transformation projects/programs
Support the Project Managers/Program Managers in delivery by coordinating efforts between various project across departments, functions, and group activities.
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and third-party consultants to understand business requirements, align objectives, drive progress & accountability of project from conception to completion.
Define the Business problem and formulating the business case for taking up the project.
Develop Project Plan, RACI Matrix, Sprint Plans, etc. with optimized timeline, budget, and resources.
Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, desk top procedures, training documents, etc.
Adhere to the Transformation Office projects and Program governance processes and templates by providing transparent and timely updates on activities and performance.
Maintain confidentiality of all information shared at all times
Comply with company and functional governance and control requirements
Reporting – Accountable for the creation and delivery of regular reporting communications and analysis of the assigned projects/Programs
Benefits Management – Work closely with the project team upon the project’s completion and record the benefits that have been realized.
Work with internal/external teams to ensure smooth communications and timely and accurate exchange of information.
Make recommendations through in-person presentations or in written format.
Conduct or recommend options for employee training, as needed.
Gather data and organize information about the problem that must be solved or a method that has to be improved.
Discuss, provide feedback, and follow up with Projects/Program teams to make sure the recommendations for changes are working.
Qualifications & Experience:
A university degree in Business Management or an equivalent.
Minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience in a Business Analyst Role, supporting business transformation projects or large scale organizational wide projects.
Consulting experience is non-negotiable (i.e. experience having worked within Management Consulting/Advisory Business Unit – PwC; EY; KPMG; Deloitte or equivalent).

Sign up before the handover stage / opening stage.
Maintain a track of inventory units available for sale and block the units.
Coordinate with Sales & Revenue teams to identify the right mix of rental pool in each property.
Identify potential opportunities for new rental pool sign ups in operating hotels.
Understand the details of the Rental Pool agreement and be able to communicate the information with accuracy and without ambiguity to the owners.
Apply knowledge of clauses of Rental Pool agreement to handle and retain owners seeking separation from the rental pool.
Coordinate with Facilities Management teams and update property leaders to resolve concerns of the owners under rental pool.
Retain and minimize exists happening in current rental pool by addressing concerns.
Prepare a monthly report detailing the number of exits from rental pool for the respective month with reason for each exit and the forecasted exists for next three months with the reason for each forecasted exit. Report should also forecast the new rental pool for three months.
Proactively manage existing owners through regular interactions and engage with them through wishes on special occasions, update about information relevant to the owners and creating communication tools like Newsletters to reach a larger number of owners.
Be aware of hospitality business prospects and use the information to communicate confidently with owners.
Report Quarterly income statements and able to handle all owners’ queries. Understand and explain details of the income statement to maintain transparency of financial information.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years experience in similar role or sales / leasing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Arabic Speaker is a plus
Superior product knowledge
