To assist Talent Acquisition team in order to provide efficient and effective recruitment service for both the candidate and line managers.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Positions Posting
- Post positions on internal and external recruitment channels on timely manner.
- Schedule Candidate Interviews
- Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and interview panel members to ensure that all parties are timorously informed on date and time of interviews in a professional and pleasing manner.
- Handle Interviews rearrangements and cancellation.
- Interviews set-up
- Ensure room bookings, telephone & video conference interviews confirmation.
- Prepare interview packs (candidates resumes, copy of position profile and candidates interviews evaluation forms) and provision of refreshment if required.
- Reference Checks
- Provide reference checks for all selected candidates ( telephonic, email and online) to ensure that previous experience, track record and qualifications are accurate and meet the job role requirements.
- Central Point of Contact
- Be the first point of contact for recruiting managers and candidates, creating a positive first impression and ensuring that all requests for recruitment details and other general queries are responded to swiftly and professionally.
- Apology Letters
- Send Apology letters through emails and SMS to non selected candidates in order ensure recruitment professionalism and keep positive experience with the candidate
- Recruitment Database
- Maintain regular update of database’s and interviews schedule master sheet in order to keep up-to-date records of both vacancies and applicants. “
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum one years work experience in HR and recruitment or similar HR role
