The position is reporting to the EPC-4 Division Engineering Manager and coordinates the detail engineering activities to ensure the work is executed in compliance with the Contract Project Design Basis specifications codes standards and regulations Coordinates interfaces between EPC-4 Engineering Team and others such as Construction Systems Completion Operations other NFE Project EPC contracts and third parties RLTO CSP and other Common Facility Owners to obtain timely engineering input and decisions Working in a highly technical and challenging project management environment provide knowledge advice and technical support to EPC-4 Division Engineering Manager demonstrating an understanding of the requirements of engineering deliverables and effectively execute activities related to modifications improvements and alterations within the engineering scope of the project Job Context Major Challenge s Supports the engineering of a large expansion of an operating LNG Sulfur Handling and Loading Facility and ensures execution of the project is completed within approved project parameters including safety and quality Coordinates across multiple large EPC Contracts to ensure alignment in design Coordinates pooled functional resources to provide oversight of contractor activities and ensure completion of Company responsibilities to achieve project onjectives Has a critical role in ensuring alignment with both internal and external disciplines functions and stakeholders which is essential for achieving project objectives Owner of key process systems and reviews which ensure the quality and completeness of technical deliverables required for proper execution of the work Key Job Accountabilities Max 10 each unique exclude generic 1 Ensure that work is executed in compliance with the Contract Project Design Basis specifications codes standards and regulations and maintain design integrity and quality requirements through the management of change and specification deviation process 2 Leads the coordination of NFXP Onshore pooled resources on behalf of the EPC-4 Engineering Team to maintain alignment and collaboration 3 Coordinates interfaces among Engineering Construction Systems Completion Operations other NFE Project EPC contracts and third parties including RLTO CSP and other Common Facility Owners to obtain timely input and decisions 4 Ensure engineering planning supports procurement and construction execution schedule and engages resources within and outside the PMT on a timely basis to resolve engineering issues 5 Successful completion of technical aspects of the EPC ITT Tender bulletins clarifications and final tenderer proposal evaluation and recommendation 6 Coordinate multi-discipline technical reviews such as P IDs 3D Model HAZOP SIL System Completions and Operations 7 Consistently completes EPC deliverable reviews within contractual time limit and ensures high quality approved for construction engineering deliverables are provided on schedule 8 Responsible for the stewardship and timely closeout of action items from the various meetings and technical reviews Technical Queries HAZOP Actions MOC PSSR actions including reporting of status on a regular basis to the EPC4 Division Engineering Manager 9 Works in a project environment in which the incumbent strives to achieve best in class Safety Health Environmental Security performance by creating a culture that encourages every one to perform their best every day on every task 10 Assist in the development and implementation of the training program for Qatari Engineers and the development programs for Qatari Engineers in the National Development program during EPC Phase Qualifications .
