Position Overview :
-Support Media Assistant Manager and Communication & Special Projects Director aiming to elevate the brand image and reputation as the most desirable couture brand through the integrated media execution combining offline and digital media
-Analyze, optimize, and share the campaign performances and KPIs with media partners and central/regional teams
-Manage operations on running the offline and digital media campaigns and on developing the execution materials
-Ensure all media efforts to support the brand’s overall business and marketing objectives
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
- Digital Media (60%)
-Support Media Assistant Manager to execute and manage the digital campaigns based on the marketing plan, business goals and guideline from Central/Regional office
-Asset management: Reproduce and optimize the digital assets which are adapted into digital media platforms with local language
-Campaign Execution: Operate the media campaign based on the approved media plan and set up previews for validation from central team as communicating closely with reproduction agency, media agency, and central team
-Management of keyword search ads: As the performance digital media, plan and execute the Naver brands search to enhance brand image and conversion redirecting to brand e-com
-Kakao Giftshop ads: Design and execute the monthly Kakao advertising plan to uplift conversion & sales of Kakao Giftshop based on the close collaboration with e-business team and media agency
-Work closely with central/regional teams, local related teams (Marketing, E-Business, Retail, etc.) and media agency
- Offline Media (20%)
-Support Media Assistant Manager & Communication director to execute and manage the offline campaigns based on the marketing plan, business goals and guideline from Central/Regional office.
-Asset management: Manage assets for seamless execution by working closely with central team and media agency
-Campaign Execution: Execute the offline campaigns including TV, OOH, and magazines based on the approved media plans
- Analyze and report (20%)
-Collect and share with the team the market trend and competitors’ activities in monthly basis
-Analyze campaign performances based on campaign report in both quantitative and qualitative aspects on a weekly and quarterly basis
-Share the Korea’s media landscape and new media trend based on the collaboration with media partners and agency one time per semester

PROFILE
-3+ years’ experience in media agency or media marketing area
-Wide knowledge of various media landscape (Must: Digital media including social & display / Experience in SEM, Magazine, OOH, TVC is a plus)
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
-Good communication skills and open-minded
-Fluent in both English and Korean
-Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Role Mission
The Department Manager assists store management to lead and direct all activities required to achieve store business objectives; including but not limited to client development and experience, human resources management, operations, loss prevention, and maintaining Christian Dior Visual Standards while driving employee engagement. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4-5 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service related industry and proven track record of managing a team of 20 or more;

POSITION
CRM Specialist
Within the boutique the CRM Specialist is a support to the store activity on their customer relationship management. Assuring the healthiness of the Dior client database, and maximising all opportunities offered by Christian Dior to get a return on investment on client actions. He will develop further new clients and prospects, build their loyalty side by side with the store teams, and will participate in offering the most luxurious experience to our VIPs in order to retain them.
Objectives:
Clients Data Base:
Correct data on each client: address, double entry merger, etc.
Update it with extra qualitative information by cross checking with store client book. Make sure that the books are always kept in a secure place in store
Contact Clients directly for feedback.
Train and coach the store team on customer relationship:
Monitor the capture rate for each store.
Organise training sessions on phoning etiquettes, teasing clients and follow-up form filling.
Field Coaching by spending majority of your time on the shop floor.
Business Development & CRM Actions :
Insuring the usage of the data base to optimise boutique business.
