Duties and Responsibilities:
- Opens and close the gymnasium per appropriate checklist and procedures.
- Oversees the safe operation of the gymnasium and aerobics room and ensure that members and guests needs are met.
- Smiles and politely greets every member and guest entering the gymnasium area. Addresses members and long stay guests by name and creates a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere.
- Strictly enforces gymnasium regulations to ensure member and guest safety at all times; politely approaches and reminds members to follow rules
- Oversees the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely.
- Aware of activity in the gymnasium and aerobics room to ensure that unsafe and/or disruptive behavior does not take place.
- Instills a sense of belonging by introducing members to each other.
- Contacts guests and members and promotes recreation new activities, classes and events.
- Encourages sales through full product and price knowledge of offered and
- the available services and promotions.
- Periodically checks the locker rooms and straighten up area during non-peak hours in the gymnasium.
- Conducts inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment and inform direct manager of low supply items.
- Leads exercise classes and provides assistance to members and guests.
- Keeps Sports & Recreation Manager and Assistant Manager informed of events that take place in the gymnasium.
- Provides members with personalized fitness programs.
- Tracks clients’ physical progress and development and monitors their improvement.
- Divides time equally among members and guests. It is inappropriate to devote most of the time to “favorite” members, while ignoring others.
- Performs cleaning duties in the gymnasium and other recreation areas.
- Assists guests at Cenfit Café (serves food & drinks to guests, upsells, checks
- products for quality & expiration, provides invoices and collects payments).
- Performs daily checks on equipment, cleaning and routine maintenance and immediately reports deficiencies to Sports & Recreation Manager.
- Performs other duties and tasks assigned by Sports & Recreation Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Good health, pleasant personality, and neat appearance.
- Able to maintain confidence, composure, and credibility.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fitness, Nutrition & Health or equivalent.
- Locally available candidates are advantageous.

Summary:
To oversee the restaurant operation and ensure that it runs smoothly. Train and supervise restaurant team members; ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises team members assigned to him/her in the restaurant.
- Runs a courteous and efficient service operation.
- Supervises the service to all guests and makes sure of its high standard.
