Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Keeping
detailed records of construction site activities.
• Analyses
engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, coordination on site
requirements.
• Construct
building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
• Making
on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.
• Inspect
and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
• Coordinate
on joinery installation and assist in managing the works on site
• To
deliver orders from start to finish; to time, cost, quality and safety
standards.
• Close
coordination on site logistics and deliverables with all stakeholders,
subcontractors etc.
• Supervise
the work regularly, provide on the spot guidance to ensure high quality
craftsmanship and keep senior production supervisor posted on the progress of
site works.
• Intervene
& resolve/change details as and when required to facilitate smooth
implementation of all works as per plan.
• Coordinate
and ensure support to Joinery facility and Design on any offhand special
request to enable smooth installation & completion of project.
• Being
able to manage staff working hours with maximum efficiency and high performance
• Able

Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree
in Civil Engineering, preferably License Engineer
• 3yrs and above
work experience in UAE
• Familiarity with
design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong analytical
and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and
design.
• Excellent time
management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Leadership skills
to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
• Ability to
coordinate more than one project at a time.
