1Oversee, manage, and monitor the performance of Facility Management Contractor of Company HQ against contract deliverables and set a Key Performance Indicators (KPI) during the period to ensure alignment with the FM Strategy and project objectives for Company projects.2. Supervise the site facility management works relevant to soft services including, Façade cleaning, waste management, Pest control, general cleaning etc., activities to ensure that the work is carried out in safe manner and in compliance with Scope of Work, approved Engineering Standards and Specifications.3. Supervise and review the Contractor activities related soft services management4. Review and approve the Contractor’s monthly invoice in relation to the soft services part.
5. Review contractors’ deployment schedules.6. Facilitate issuance of necessary permits and Gate passes when requested by Contractors.7. Provides advice, assistance, and input to the project in the identification of measures in the standardization of equipment, material selection, and any other recommendations with a view to minimization of maintenance costs, review risks associated with facility management and provide advice on any associated implications.8. Ensure and follow up completion of the maintenance works in given time frame.

Qualification:1. B.Sc. in relevant discipline from a recognized University or Diploma with extensive facility management experience as Site supervisor on high-rise building projects.
Experience:1. B.A or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Facility Management or similar field.
2. A minimum of eight (08) years experience as Site supervisor on high-rise buildings. Experience in supervision of FM works is preferred.3. Experienced in the implementation of industry best practices and systems, processes and standards related FM.4. Good skills in facility management and leadership, team building, effective communication and conflict resolution

  1. Ensure process engineering activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, project specifications and approved variations if any.
  2. Resolve engineering issues that may arise and communicate with the Project Execution Team. Elevate issues to higher levels when necessary.
  3. Develop, update and amend various policies and procedures related to Projects Management Department as and when required in consultation with the Head of Projects Engineering Support and other team members.
  4. Support the engineering team of external organizations, entities appointed representatives to ensure engineering design addresses each companies’ expectations consistent with COMPANY, QE and Project’s objectives.
  5. Evaluate complex tasks and provide appropriate recommendations to management on issues. Provide support to other disciplines and contribute to other multi-disciplinary tasks.
  6. Be familiar with all Project Philosophies and Procedures and ensure that these are applied to the specification, design and procurement of equipments.
  7. Ensures compliance with COMPANY systems and processes including the COMPANY Project Management System (COMPANYPMS) and maintains support and adoption of all processes. Prepare plans and work schedules that ensure effective completion of projects.
  8. Monitors and provides necessary guidance to the FEED, EPC Contractor(s) and all 3rd Party Services throughout the project phases. Ensures the facilities are constructed per the scope, meeting COMPANY standards and specifications, within the time and project cost approved by the shareholders.
  9. Support other engineers in complex analyses and assignments and provides expertise to ensure completion of activities within schedule

  • Degree in Engineering or Science majoring in Engineering in the area of specialization
  • 8 years’ experience within Oil and Gas industry, of which 4 years’ are in project management team role. Preferable has a strong knowledge, experiences and skills in dynamic simulation.

About this role: GL Accountant

1. Perform as per approved procedures of month- end financial closing activities, ensuring that

closing procedures are efficient and reliable, and in compliance with Operations

&Maintenance, Joint Venture, and Service Agreements

2. Perform financial master data creation and maintenance for company, all Joint Venture

Companies and Common Facilities (e.g. vendor, customer, cost objects, GL accounts).

3. Perform Accounts Reconciliation process for all companies, ensuring the propriety of

financial reports through a well-controlled Accounts Reconciliation process.

4. Interface with other Finance divisions to obtain/provide financial information and utilize

financial documents (e.g. statistical key figures, impact of allocation).

5. Prepares GL routine reports (e.g. month end closing KPI, vendor monitoring report, accounts

reconciliation management report.

6. Recommends efficiency improvements to base routines. Normally refers decisions to

supervisor.

7. Participate in routine and non-routine specific projects within set terms of reference and

defined processes. Assist senior colleagues in the preparation of reports. Delivers work

following established guidelines and procedures. Collates routine and non-routine data into

standard output, supports analysis, processes financial transactions and performs

reconciliations.

8. Provide advice and guidance to graduates to assist them in delivering the required outputs and

promoting their development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce

• 3 years of experience in a Finance function in the Oil & Gas Industry.

• Working knowledge of SAP/ accounting systems.

About this role

  • To assist Procurement Team in Technical Bid evaluation of critical items;
  • To organize and / or participate to Contractor / Sub-Contractor / Vendors qualification and follow-up Audits when necessary;
  • To support the Project work package teams to develop and implement the criticality assessment and COMPANY surveillance plans;
  • To support the Project work package teams to ensure contractors develop and implement adequate surveillance plans;
  • To be the focal point for Surveillance and TPI frame agreements, selection of inspectors, Service Order process and Notification Of Inspection (NOI);
  • To be in charge of reviewing the inspection reports, to report main information to concern work packages, analyze and resolve issues and problems emerging during the quality control activity;
  • Ensure that all planned Surveillance and Test activities comply with the specified requirements;
  • Follow-up and tracking of the Deviation Requests, Correctives Action Requests (CARs) and Non Conformance Reports (NCRs);
  • To implement KPI on Quality Control and Surveillance activities;
  • Participate in Contractor investigations of significant Quality failures and offshore/installation failures;
  • To report regularly to his hierarchical superior and carry out any other duty or task that may be assigned;
  • To review documentation from main Contractor and Vendor;
  • To provide feed-back on Contractor, Vendor and Surveillance / TPI agencies and implement recommendations for future projects;
  • To perform periodic meeting with Contractor Quality representative and Certifying Authority (CA) in order to assess progress and findings of the CA work.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Engineering Master degree or experienced technician with HND/HNC and minimum of 15 years experiences in the oil and gas industry;
  • Professional Experience (number of years): Around 10 years of experience associated with Quality Management in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, coordination of quality activities within Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Hook-up, Brown-Field, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up projects of offshore facilities (jacket/topsides) in the Oil and Gas Industry;
  • Vocational qualifications: Lead Assessors Course;
  • The ability to communicate well at all levels within the Company and to demonstrate leadership. In addition, the candidate must possess very good planning, presentation, negotiations and organizational skills;
  • Familiar with General Specifications, EDMS and relevant codes and standards;
  • Language: Fluent English.
