ROLE PURPOSE:
To ensure that all costs are correctly captured, and all stakeholders are aligned with the reporting of costs. Also ensure reporting, consolidations, trackers, webtools are update to date and the data provided is creditable. Responsible for overseeing, coordinating and administering the financial records, systems and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Expense management – validation of Debit notes, liaising with commercial team / distributors, securing approvals as per Authority Matrix, monitoring against budgets
- Maintaining Debit notes tracker and accruals, claims as per contracts/ pricing file, consolidation of transactions for intercompany charge
- Collection and Consolidation of data for Budgeting & Reporting
- Pricing Webtool monthly submissions
- Vendor reconciliations to be coordinated with accounting monthly
- Pricing trackers to be maintained
- Supporting the vendor management process, accounting queries
- Ensure that departments follow the finance and pricing processes
- Follow ups on receivables in coordination with Shared services
- Ad-hoc tasks supporting the function
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting or any degree/diploma equivalent to Finance (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CGMA)
- Three (3) Pharmaceuticals, FMCG
- Three (2) MENA Region
- One (1) – preferably Pharmaceuticals/ FMCG preferable
