If yes, an opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our MENA regional team. In this challenging job you will work out of our regional office in Dubai, and you will report to Senior Product Manager MENA.
Drive delivery of MENA Regional projects
You are responsible for executing operational plans or delivering high-profile/specialist projects with a direct impact on functional success.
You will challenges processes and practices identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning, directing, scheduling, and coordinating MENA Regional projects for Retail and Food Service channels from initiation to implementation, ensuring the specified project objectives are achieved
• Responsible for managing the constraints of the project, including cost, time, scope and quality of outcome.
• Ensures that the Arla Foods project process is followed and that the appropriate tools and systems are used to report and document changes and results throughout the project.
• Maintain clear, visible, and accessible documentation and project plans as well as measure progress, report status and keep track of the overall project tasks and priorities
• Responsible for coordinating Food Service channel business case creation and project approval documentation , ensuring all required inputs and validation and adherence with Arla internal approval processes
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stake holder/ customers, establishing solid relationships
• Managing internal expectations and providing regular updates to the Commercial Leadership Team and Local LT on project status, highlighting successes, risks and issues
• Participate and contribute in pipeline ideation process and planning.
• Participates in the development of Arla Foods project culture by giving feedback on existing or new tools/systems/processes relevant to project management in Arla Foods.
• Develop product expertise; in-depth knowledge of product, its functionality and packaging.
Commercial profile with customer and market insight
• You hold a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Commercial , Business Administration or similar and have at least 4-5 years of experience in project management within the FMCG industry.
• You have a proven ability to partner with multiple project leaders that lead projects with varying levels of cross project dependencies and deliverables.
• You like to work at high pace environment and able to navigate in a matrix organization and you look forward to shaping Arla’s future in a very exciting and complex region. A strong impact, excellent stakeholder management skills and attention to details are necessary qualities.
• Knowledge of Food Service business model and operational set up is highly desired.
