Job scope:

This is a diverse role covering administrative, finance and operations work which would best suit a switched on and attentive individual keen on supporting a business’s day to day functions.

As a growing company with a small team, we’re looking for someone who’s proactive, with an entrepreneurial outlook and who will seek opportunities to contribute to the success of the organization in different ways. The scope of the role can expand depending on the companies’ requirements and the individuals’ interests/strengths.

Example work:

Admin support Activities

  • Various coordination tasks for: logistics, assets, bookings, etc
  • Filing & maintaining databases of all records (including customers & suppliers)
  • Maintain company registrations & subscriptions as well as QMS documentations, etc
  • First point of contact for IT matters (will have support on technical issues)

HR & Finance Support:

  • Maintaining employees’ records and general matters & requests
  • Manage visa process and support recruitment activities as needed
  • Support with ad hoc activities as needed

Marketing

  • Draft content and copy for online presence and product marketing material
  • Review and draft PowerPoints and word documents ensuring they are in-line with company brand guidelines

CEO Support:

  • Maintain diary and support with ad hoc tasks

Ideal candidate:

This role will play an essential part in the growth of the company, requiring good organization and attention to detail, together with the ability to multi-task efficiently.

Experience

  • 2-5 years’ experience ideally in the UAE
  • Experience in bookkeeping or part qualified accountant preferred
  • Experience with Office 365, particularly preparing ppt and word documents
  • Knowledge of accounting or ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Dynamics 365
  • Quick learner and proficient in IT matters
  • Experience writing and producing professional content and writing copy
