SAP EPPM Consultant (A2D: Acquire to Dispose)
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: 12 months contract
Responsibilities:
Participate in the business analysis process and provide product and implementation expertise to clients in how best to implement and use the system, identify scope gaps, advise on workaround solutions when applicable.
Contribute on performing feasibility studies and process design reviews.
Help in the implementation of SAP Solutions to enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance.
Ensure the customer’s application and system requirements are identified, analyzed and documented.
Optimize EPPM Business Processes and help customers to adopt Best Practices.
Support the design, build, testing and deployment activities.
Support training and testing activities.
Support GoLive activities.
Technical and Soft Skills:
Candidate should have proven expertise in SAP EPPM (SAP PPM, SAP CPM and SAP PS), and have been involved in at least 2-3 S4 HANA implementation.
He/ She should have experience in EPPM tools (e.g. SAP Innovation Management, SAP Intelligence Project Network, SAP Project Cloud etc).
He/ she should be able to demonstrate profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools related to EPPM.
Should have effective communication skills and experience in customer facing role is required.
Should have the ability to quickly learn business processes with respect to SAP S/4 HANA.
Candidate should have a good understanding of integration of different SAP modules.
Good Exposure in consulting work.
SAP certification is an advantage (e.g. SAP S4 HANA PPM).

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Working side- by-side to experience the life of a senior business leader.
- Shadow and work with Cluster leaders of UAE and Turkey, getting the opportunity to have international exposure in the first phase of the program.
- You will be working on a cluster level with leaders and department managers of UAE and Turkey, learning from them and shadowing them
- Work on a local project as well as global projects

The program runs at 2 levels, one at National Level and second Global level.
- At National Level: One exceptional candidate is also chosen each year to shadow the Country Manager for one month shadowing and working side by side and experience the daily life of a senior business leader.
